SIX SIGMA
Trainings:
The success of the program highly depends on industrial experience
and expertise of facilitators. All MATRİS consultants and trainers
are practitioners who have led many deployments in the past years
and are highly experienced experts on the methodologies and tools
required for successful Six Sigma deployments
Trainings in the Six Sigma program are:
[•] Six Sigma Executive Training
This
is a three day training with practices, targeting to build
awareness at Upper and Middle Management on Six Sigma concepts,
roles and the details of the entire program. Depending on the size
of company, this training can be combined with the “Champion and
Process Owner Training”.
[•] Six Sigma Champion and Process Owner
Training
This
is a three day training with practices, targeting to train
Champions and Process Owners on Six Sigma concepts, roles, and
details of the entire program and with special focus on how to
identify, define and prioritize the existing company problems.
Depending on the size of company, this training can be combined
with the “Executive Training”.
[•] Black Belt Training
Black
Belts are the practitioners of methodology within the Six Sigma
Management System, the problem-solver experts and pioneers of
cultural transformation targeting perfect processes.
Black
Belt training consists of five modules spread over five months.
Total training days in five months are 23. Black Belt candidates
are required to participate the training with a true project from
their business environment, success of which will be able to be
measured by the financial impact of the project. Between each week
of training, Black Belt candidates return to their business
environments to apply the tools and methods learned in class.
Progress of the projects is reviewed by MATRİS trainers at each
training week and feedback is shared in the class.
Candidates who can demonstrate required skills at in-class
practices, at intermediate exams at the end of each training
module, at the final exam after the training and who can
successfully complete first project deserves the “Successful Black
Belt Certificate”.
Training includes all methods and tools for Six Sigma Black Belt
project management, problem solving, process analysis and
improvement and statistics. By in-class practices, it is aimed to
improve project management, leadership, decision making,
communications and analytical thinking skills of Black Belt
candidates.
[•] Green Belt (Project Leader) Training
Green Belt Program provides participants with basic Six Sigma
knowledge, sufficient to carry out projects that are easier than
Black Belt projects, which are both from transactional processes
and manufacturing processes. Green Belts receive a subset of the
more comprehensive Black Belt curriculum. Training includes all
basic methods and tools for Six Sigma Green Belt project
management, problem solving, process analysis, process improvement
and statistics.
Green Belt training consists of four modules spread over three
months. Total training days in three months are 10. Green Belt
candidates are required to participate the training with a true
project from their business environment, success of which will be
able to be measured by the financial impact of the project.
Candidates who can demonstrate required skills during in-class
practices, at intermediate exams at the end of each training
module, at the final exam after the training and who can
successfully complete first project deserves the “Successful
Green Belt Certificate”
[•] Six Sigma Team Member Training
This is a
two-days training targeting process runners and process experts to
ensure their effective support and participation to either Black
Belt or Green Belt projects.
Training covers the basic Six Sigma concepts and methodology.
[•] Design For Six Sigma Training
This
is a five-days training targeting experienced Black Belts to
enable them design defect-free/perfect new processes, for new
products and/or services therefore new processes.
[•] Master Black Belt Training
This
training consists of one week of in-class training and separately
one day of text and practice exam. Training targets to transform
experienced Black Belts into consultant and facilitator by
focusing on presentation/facilitation skills, leadership, meeting
management and advanced statistics.
Candidates who can demonstrate required skills during in-class
practices and final exam deserves the “successful Master Black
Belt Certificate”
